Join Coach James at Sir Winston Churchill Secondary in Vancouver on Tuesday evenings all summer long. Whether you’re brand-new or an experienced racer, there’s a place at you at our racing practices.
What: Wheelchair Racing: Improve your technique, get faster/stronger and have fun
When: Tuesdays/Thursdays from 5-6:30
Who: Practices are open to racers of all skill and experience levels and led by Coach Hustvedt

Spring/Summer Seated Throws – Richmond
Join Coach Ross every Tuesday and Thursday at the Collier Throwing Centre in Minoru Park in Richmond and learn how to throw far.
What: Seated Throws: Throw Shot Put, Discus, Javelin and/or Club and work on your strength and technique.
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2-3:30pm
Who: New and returning participants and volunteers. Open to all skill and experience levels and led by Coach Ross McCallum.

Wheelchair Loan Program
Need a chair? Our Wheelchair Loan Program allows participants to rent a sports for an affordable annual or monthly fee! Financial Assistance is also available for those in need.
The wheelchair loan program includes rugby chairs, tennis chairs, racing chairs and throwing frames.
