2024 Vancouver Invitational Wheelchair Rugby Tournament excites fans, helps BC teams prep for Nationals.

8 of the top wheelchair rugby teams from across Canada and the Pacific Northwest competed at this year’s Vancouver Invitational Wheelchair Rugby Tournament from March 22-24.
The Portland Pounders won back-to-back championships, winning 57-56 in an overtime thriller with Quebec, while BC1 gave the home fans something to celebrate by finishing in 3rd place as Team BC looks to build towards Nationals next month in Calgary!
The Vancouver Invitational is one of North America’s longest-running Wheelchair Rugby tournaments and has been hosted by BCWSA since 2000.
