Wheelchair Racing and Seated Throws Practices
Dates: Thursdays from October 3rd-November 28th (NO SESSION ON OCTOBER 17th or November 21st)
Time: 12-1:30pm
Location: Richmond Olympic Oval (6111 River Road, Richmond, BC)
Cost: $10 Drop-in or $40 for ALL SESSIONS
Join us for weekly wheelchair racing and seated throws practices at the Richmond Oval. Learn how to push faster and throw farther and receive coaching from our wheelchair racing and seated throws coaches. New athletes are always welcome!

*To participate in our wheelchair athletics programs, you must be a BCWSA member. Memberships are $10 and valid for 1 year.
