News & Results Annual Spring Athletics Clinic The 2009 season-opening Athletics Clinic was held April 4 and 5th at Sutherland Secondary in North Vancouver with guest coach Kelly Smith. A Sports Science Team was also present at the clinic and included Liz Johnson, Physiologist, Canadian Sport Centre Pacific; Ann Muscat, Mynd Matters - Mental Training; and Steve Ramsbottom, Active Strength Training, Performance Institute. The clinic provided training tips and valuable information for veteran athletes and newcomers alike and it also marked the launch of the 2009 WCRS Series.
