Ada Mackenzie Memorial Foundation Bursaries The Ada MacKenzie Memorial Foundation (AMMF) was set up in memory of Miss Ada MacKenzie, who was one of Canada's premier female amateur athletes who passed away in 1971. The aim of the Foundation is to provide financial assistance to athletes with a disability. Funds are made available through CWSA to wheelchair athletes attending an educational institution to assist them in their competitive endeavours. One recipient of funds raised by the Foundation is the Canadian Wheelchair Sports Association (CWSA).
