2007 Premier's Athletics Awards Two of BC's finest wheelchair athletes were honoured at the 2007 Premier's Athletics Awards Presentation and Luncheon held recently. Premier Gordon Campbell presented the Premier's Athletics Award to wheelchair racing athlete Michelle Stilwell and to wheelchair basketball athlete Ross MacDonald.
