Michelle Stilwell named BC Athletics Female Athlete of the Year! Gold medal wheelchair racer Michelle Stilwell was named Female Athlete of the Year at the 2008 BC Athletics Awards Banquet held January 31st in Richmond, BC. Michelle was also presented with the Athlete with a Disability Athlete of the Year Award and wheelchair athletics coach Peter Lawless received the BC Athletics High Performance Coaching Excellence Award.
